Soil Health and Stewardship Field Day with David Marsh!

When: Friday 20th Feb, 9 am till 4 pm. Where: Parkesbourne Community Hall


David Hardwick: David is an agroecologist with over 20 years of experience in rural landscapes, farming, and food systems. He develops and delivers many of the extension projects for Soil Land Food across Australia.

  • 3 dimensions to soil health - physical, biological and chemical
  • 4 steps to success - measure, assess, manage and monitor
  • Taking a holistic approach - using the Soil HASH tool


Participants were able to bring along at least one 20cm cube of soil from their property.

and can also bring along a soil test for discussion.
